The camp will focus on stroke development as well as other technical aspects of competitive swimming including starts, turns, breath control, and race strategy. It is intended for swimmers with some competitive experience; the ability to swim all 4 competitive strokes is a must. Each day of camp will include both dryland training and in-water workouts. Later weeks will shift the focus to development of endurance and speed in addition to stroke technique.
